First Call

On this computer, you sign in with your name only.

First Call holds candidates' documents, briefs, transcripts and reports. It records who reads each report and transcript, and when.

Candidates

Each candidate has a record with their documents, the brief for their call, the transcript and the report. Open a candidate to prepare their call or read how it went.

Development text mode is on. Candidate links offer a text chat as well as a voice call, so that you can test the interviewer without a microphone.

Add the candidate's details and the documents you have. You can add more documents later. Nothing is sent to the candidate until you send the link.

First Call keeps what you enter here and the files you upload. Only recruiters who sign in to First Call can see them, and the candidate never sees your notes.

When email is set up on the computer that runs First Call, it sends the link for the call to this address.

First Call keeps the address for reference and doesn't open it. To use the profile in the brief, save it as a PDF from your LinkedIn account and upload it below.

Documents (optional now, needed before the brief)

Your notes are read by the planner only if you tick the box, and never by the interviewer. The box is called Include my notes in the next brief, and it's beside Write the brief on the candidate's page.
